Cook from frozen. Product must be fully cooked before consumption. 

Oven Bake

  1. Preheat fan-forced oven to 200oC, or 210oC conventional oven. 
  2. Remove product from pack and place on lined baking tray in the middle shelf of the oven. 
  3. Cook for 7 minutes each side, total cooking time 14 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown. 

Deep frying 

  1. Preheat oil to 175oC.
  2. Deep fry product for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
