Cook from frozen, product is to be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption. 

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 200oC. Remove product from packaging then spread pieces in single layer on baking sheet and position in centre of oven. 
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
