Pan Fry

  1. Lightly oil and season the barramundi fillets with salt and pepper. 
  2. Heat non-stick frypan to medium heat. 
  3. Place the thawed barramundi fillets into the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes (5-6 minutes on each side), until cook throughout. 

Oven Bake

  1. Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
  2. Lightly oil and season the barramundi fillets and place them on a baking paper lined tray. 
  3. Place tray in the oven and bake barramundi fillets for 12-15 minutes or until cooked.
