Product must be cooked prior to consumption. 

Thaw Instructions: 

Place the fish portion in the refridgerator to deforst overnight. Once deforested or removed from the individual wrap, store in an airtight container and consume within 2 days. 

Do not refreeze, once deforested. 

Pan Fry

  1. Preheat a fry pan/BBQ to medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of suitable cooking oil.
  2. Add the fish to the pan skin side down first and cook for 3-4 minutes before turning and cooking for a further 3-4 minutes. 
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to stand for 1 minute and season with salt and pepper.
