  2. Heat BBQ hot plate to medium heat.
  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes skin side down first and then turn and cook for a further 4-5 minutes for rare or 5-6 minutes for medium/well done.

Oven Bake

  1. Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C or 200°C for a conventional oven.
  2. Lightly oil and season fillet and place on baking tray lined with paper.
  3. Place in oven and cook for 10-12 minutes for rare or 13-15 minutes for medium/well done.
