Thaw method:

Cover and thaw snapper portions in the refrigerator overnight and keep refrigerated until use. 

Pan Fry

  1. Pre-heat the fry pan to a medium heat.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of suitable cooking oil.
  3. Add the fish to the pan and cook for 4 minutes, turning frequently.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
