Cook from frozen. Product must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption. 

Oven Bake 

  1. Preheat oven to 220oC fan forced or 230oC conventional. 
  2. Remove product from packaging and place on a lined baking tray.
  3. Bake squid from frozen for 15 minutes , turning oven halfway through.
