Cook from frozen. This product must be fully cooked before consumption. 

Oven Bake:

  1. Preheat fan-forced oven to 200oC or 210oC conventional oven.
  2. Remove product from pack and place on a lined baking tray, in the middle shelf of the oven.
  3. Cook for 7 minutes each side, total cooking time 14 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown. 

Deep Fry

  1. Preheat oil to 175oC.
  2. Deep fry product for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  3. Cooking temperatures and times are provided as a guide, please adjust if necessary.
