Cooking Instructions 

Cook from frozen. Product is to be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption. 

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 210oC fan forced, conventional 220oC. 
  2. Place frozen barramundi strips on a lined baking tray. 
  3. Cook for 9 minutes, turn and cook for a further 11 minutes, until golden and cooked through. 
  4. Heat the sauce sachet from frozen in the microwave for 9-10 minutes. 
  5. Combine the fish with the sauce, serve and enjoy. 

Deep Fry

  1. Preheat suitable frying oil to 170oC. 
  2. Deep fry barramundi strps for 5 minutes, until the barramundi is cooked completely through. 
  3. Heat the sauce sachet from frozen in the microwave for 9-10 minutes.
  4. Combine the fish with the sauce, serve and enjoy.
