Cook from frozen, product must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption. 

Oven Bake:

  1. Preheat oven to 210oC (fan-forced).
  2. Remove product from packaging and place on a lined baking tray.
  3. Cook from frozen for 16 minutes, turning half way through. 

Air Fry:

  1. Remove product from packaging and place in the air fryer in a single layer. 
  2. Cook product for 10 minutes at 180oC, until golden and thoroughly cooked.
